1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game or downloading the WinPKR APK application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Funds in your account are held for the sole purpose of gameplay and betting on WinPKR APK. Your account balance does not accrue interest and is not a banking or financial product. WinPKR APK does not use player funds for operational expenses and maintains separate accounting for player balances.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to cards may be available depending on the original deposit method used.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed identity verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method.
• There must be no active fraud investigation or account hold on your account.

WinPKR APK aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) within five to thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one to three business days. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays or in cases where additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on WinPKR APK covers a wide range of markets including cricket (Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches, domestic tournaments), football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before you confirm a bet, and the system will notify you of any change. You may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform offers a Cash Out option for the relevant market.

7 Casino and Games

• Game malfunctions void all associated plays and returns. If a technical error affects a game result or payout, the outcome will be voided and stakes returned where possible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Termination

WinPKR APK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• An account being flagged as part of a fraud investigation.
• Extended inactivity (see dormant account policy below).

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months.
