Creating a WinPKR account takes less than two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a secure password. Once you submit your details, you'll receive a one-time verification code on your mobile. Enter that code to confirm your number and your account is ready to use straight away. Make sure you're 18 or older before registering — the platform is for adults only.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive a verification code by SMS. Use that code to verify your identity, then enter and confirm your new password. The whole process takes under a minute. If you don't receive the SMS within a couple of minutes, check your network signal and try again. Never share your OTP with anyone.

No — each player is permitted only one WinPKR account per mobile number. Creating duplicate accounts goes against our terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, it's much better to use the password reset option or reach out to support rather than registering a new one.

To update your registered mobile number, log in to your account and go to your profile or account settings. You'll need to verify ownership of the current number before the change is approved. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact our support team with your account details and they'll guide you through the identity verification process to update it safely.

Deposits & Payments

After logging in, head to the Deposit page and choose your preferred payment method. WinPKR supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. Enter the amount you want to add in PKR, follow the on-screen steps for your chosen method and your balance will be updated within minutes. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are instant.

The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method but is kept low so that players of all budgets can enjoy the platform. For most methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa, you can start with a small amount in PKR. The exact minimum is displayed on the Deposit page when you select your payment method. First, wait a few minutes — some bank transfer or card deposits can take slightly longer to process depending on your bank. If after 15–20 minutes your balance still hasn't updated, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation (showing the transaction ID and amount) and contact our support team. Make sure the account details you enter match the mobile wallet or bank account registered in your name. Withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, though bank transfers may take slightly longer.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers usually take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, check that your account details are correct and that your account has no pending verification requirements. For urgent queries, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes, there is a minimum withdrawal threshold which is shown on the Withdrawal page for each payment method. The amounts are reasonable and designed to keep transaction costs manageable for both players and the platform. If your available balance is below the minimum, you can continue playing to build it up before requesting a withdrawal.

Live betting is also available during ongoing matches so you can place bets as the action unfolds.

Cricket is the headline sport on WinPKR, covering PSL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic tournaments. You can also bet on football including international fixtures and top club competitions, as well as esports events. The sports catalogue is updated regularly to reflect upcoming fixtures, so keep an eye on the Sports page for the latest available markets.

Your potential winnings are always displayed before you confirm a bet. The calculation is straightforward: your stake multiplied by the odds shown at the time of placing the bet. For example, if you stake PKR 500 at odds of 2.50, your total return would be PKR 1,250 (PKR 750 profit plus your original stake). Winnings are credited to your WinPKR balance automatically once the match result is confirmed.

App Download & Setup

Visit the Download page on your Android browser. Tap the download button to save the WinPKR APK file. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from Unknown Sources" (this is a standard Android step for APK files not downloaded from the Play Store). Once enabled, open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation. The app is lightweight and works well on most Android devices.
